I had spent the last seven years building a consulting firm with my husband, and the firm was at a point where I could 'retire' from the daily operations and maintain my position of ownership. At the last minute, I was invited to JAMAICA by a friend to replace his travel companion. The timing was a perfect segue into my 'new' life. I had come to New York after college to pursue a career in the theatre, and was coming back to my creative self to discover what my next path would be. Jamaica is where I would find myself again.
