Property Description
Your rural situated detached villa (110m2) is located within less than 600m from the centre of Kalkan and only 1km from the sea and has a private swimming pool with reclining beds and sunshades. Then there is warm water on basis of sun energy, an alarm system and air-conditioning in your villa. You can enjoy the splendid view over the mountains and the sea from your terrace (30m2). In Kas and Kalkan you can go diving, these are two of the most important diving places in the world. You can even visit the town Patar with the long sand beach. You can even go to the sand beach of Kaputas, which is in a beautiful bay. You can hire a boat as well with boatman in the harbour of Kalkan. You can then go fishing on sea. For this you do not need a fishing permit. Your villa is located on a domain with five other villa's.
The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described, Ground floor: 1 open plan kitchen (oven, dishwasher, washing machine), 1 living/diningroom (double sofa bed, TV (satellite), fire place), 1 WC.
