Apartments situated in the heart of Positano in an old neighbourhood of fishermen located in the lower part of the town. The area has been partially renovated. The apartments are accessed by means of a shared stairway that leads to the internal courtyard which the windows of the two accommodations overlook. The apartments have been recently renovated and pleasantly furnished. Thanks to its favourable position, it is possible to completely immerge yourself in the local life of Positano. The house is located inside the pedestrian area and therefore cannot be accessed by car. There are private parking garages approx. 350 m away with porter service available. It is possible to have a parking space in a private garage located approx. 500 m from the property, to be requested when booking (15 Euro/day). Pleasant, reasonably comfortable furnishings. Central heating. Air conditioning. ACCOMMODATION: (55 m2) Gr. fl.: living/dining room (TV) with kitchen corner (oven, freezer) and access by means of a small terrace (6 m2) that overlooks the internal courtyard, 1 double bedroom, 1 small twin bedded room with small window (that overlooks the foundation area), 1 bathroom with shower. LOCATION: only 100 m from the main beach (bathing establishments, boat hire and connections by sea to Amalfi, Sorrento and Capri). Within a radius of 250 m are all kinds of shops, characteristic pubs and restaurants, 14 km Amalfi, 22 km Sorrento, 45 km Naples.
