Property Description
Beautiful independent house (85 m2) in a small village situated in the hills (500 m a.s.l.) above the sea that dominate over a stretch of the Amalfi Coast and the splendid town of Positano. The house is surrounded by a terracing where you will find the swimming pool (3.5x6.5) which is shared with two other accommodations with changing room and WC and a large panoramic equipped terrace in front of the property. The village of Nocelle, where the house is located, can be reached by following along a narrow mountain road that winds up the mountain for 5 km from Positano until reaching the town's public car park. From the car park the house can be reached by following along an 80-m alley with intervals of stairs. ACCOMMODATION: (85 m2) Gr. fl.: living/dining room (satellite TV, hi-fi) with double divan bed, kitchenette (oven, freezer, microwave), 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedded room (with high window that opens to the double bedroom), 1 bathroom with shower (washing machine). Air conditioning. A safe. Linen change twice a week (Wednesday/Saturday). Comfortable furniture. Central heating. Baby-bed available. Air conditioning. LOCATION: 7 km Positano (sandy and pebble beaches, where you can hire sun umbrellas, lounge chairs and boats). 19 km Sorrento, 20 km Amalfi, 65 km Naples.
