This floor provides a bedroom that offers two twin bunk beds, a kitchenette, a sitting area with a Queen size sofa sleeper, a second bedroom that offers a king size bed, and a bathroom shared by the bunk room, a third bedroom that provides a King size bed with a private bath and an outdoor entrance.

2nd Floor :
A gourmet kitchen, dining room, living room with Queen sofa sleeper and a balcony that provides a grill and a table and chairs, with limited views of the Gulf of Mexico, and a powder room
