Property Description
Southern Dunes is an established and peaceful community comprising of a mix of vacation homes and owner occupied homes. There is an active residents association focused on maintaining and improving the community. The roads are pretty quiet so it's safe to walk or jog around. As you enter the community there is a lake to the right and trees lining the roads and edging the golf course, all of which give the area a 'country' feel Within the community there are 3 swimming pools, there are two tennis courts and small children's play area with swings and slides. Just outside the main gate to the community are two large supermarkets, Winn-Dixie and Wal-Mart which will have everything you need (Food, Pharmacy, Clothes etc). Wal-Mart is open 24 hours and has a petrol (gas) station. This lovely 3 bedroom home has all you can want for your family vacation. The house comprises of a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, as well as an additional family bathroom. There is a comfortable sitting room situated around the main TV as well as a dining area and fully equipped kitchen. As a bonus, the home also has a small office space equipped with a home PC.The house is fully air conditioned, and to complete the rooms, comes with a convenient laundry room. To the back of the house is where you will find your own pool on a sunny, furnished deck. The pool faces on to the golf course, affording stunning views and peace and quiet. This is where you will want to spend the majority of your time. Cooling down in your pool, or relaxing in the sunshine. This house will be hit with all the family and will leave you with nothing but fond memories.
