Property Description
The community of Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club was first established in 1993, it is located approximately 8 miles south of I4 exit 55 on State Route 27. It is a community of approximately 700 homes located around the multi award winning Southern Dunes Golf Course and is approximately 20 minutes drive from Walt Disney World. As you enter the community there is a lake to the right and trees lining the roads and edging the golf course, all of which give the area a 'country' feel Within the community there are 3 swimming pools, there are two tennis courts and small children's play area with swings and slides. Just outside the main gate to the community are two large supermarkets, Winn-Dixie and Wal-Mart which will have everything you need (Food, Pharmacy, Clothes etc). You will have a dining room as well as a fully equipped kitchen with all mod cons such as a dishwasher, large fridge and cooker. The home has a laundry room and is fully air conditioned throughout. Outside is your very sunny pool deck and pool. The home faces on to the golf course making it very quiet and private. The deck is fully furnished with table and chairs and because of its sunny aspect you can enjoy soaking up the sun on a sun lounger. This home is a perfect base for your family holiday and has been given a lot of attention, so you and your family can just get on and enjoy yourselves; you are sure not to get bored!
