Property Description
The community of Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club was first established in 1993, it is located approximately 8 miles south of I4 exit 55 on State Route 27. It is a community of approximately 700 homes located around the multi award winning Southern Dunes Golf Course and is approximately 20 minutes drive from Walt Disney World. As you enter the community there is a lake to the right and trees lining the roads and edging the golf course, all of which give the area a 'country' feel Within the community there are 3 swimming pools, there are two tennis courts and small children's play area with swings and slides. Just outside the main gate to the community are two large supermarkets, Winn-Dixie and Wal-Mart which will have everything you need (Food, Pharmacy, Clothes etc). Wal-Mart is open 24 hours and has a petrol (gas) station. This really nice house features 4 bedrooms 2 of which are ensuite to the master bedrooms and offers an additional third family bathroom. The house is spacious and offers 2 sitting rooms, one of which is more formal and the other a family room which is situated around the main TV with DVD player and VCR. The kitchen is fully equipped and comes with a dishwasher, large fridge and full size cooker with microwave. There is a dining room and a laundry room and the house is fully air conditioned. Outside you will find your lovely pool deck which is fully furnished, making it the ideal spot for relaxing after a long hot day of park hopping. This home will make you feel welcome as soon as you enter.
