Borgo Mocale is situated on the hills of Pratomagno, 4 km from Castelfranco di Sopra where all kinds of services can be found. Old hamlet built around the 13th century by some monks and now renovated keeping the original structure and character. Nowadays consists of a farmhouse divided into two units. There are a total of 5 apartments. 3 are available through Interhome and we also rent apartment I5321/861, 900 m away, which enjoys all the services including the Borgo Mocale swimming pool. It is possible to arrange hiking or a mountain bike trip or to view the wood and the botanical garden. Sale of organic produce like wine and oil, classical and folk music concerts once a week in the old cantina. Small art museum, conference room for 100 people. On request, to be requested at the time of booking (60 euros per day) and is possible to have a double bedroom with bath/shower with access from the terrace to the lower floor. Available (extra) turkish bath with cromotherapy, relaxation sauna, wood sauna and sun terrace. All available from Monday to Friday. Holiday complex Borgo Mocale 38 km from the centre of Arezzo, 40 km from the centre of Firenze, 50 km from the centre of Siena, in a quiet, south-facing position on top of a hill. For shared use: grounds, garden, swimming pool (6 x 12 m, 28.04.-25.09.), table tennis, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground. Private, terrace, garden furniture. In the house: sauna (extra). Sun terrace, washing machine (for shared use, extra). Linen change weekly. Parking by the house. Shop 4 km, grocers 4 km, restaurant 4 km, railway station Figline Valdarno 15 km.
