Grocers 25 m, ski bus stop, bus stop 10 m, railway station Reith 400 m, swimming pool 2.5 km, indoor swimming pool 2.5 km, tennis 2.5 km, tennis club 2.5 km, golf course 2.5 km, riding stables 2.5 km, mountain lift 3.5 km, chair lift 2.5 km, ski school 2.5 km, toboggan-run 2.5 km, cross-country ski trail 1 km, ice rink 2.5 km. Please note: There are more similar properties for rent in this same residence. The holiday apartment is located in a comfortable guest house well-known for its Tirolean cuisine. There is a cosy living room and a very large sun terrace with barrel sauna with panoramic window (extra) for house guests. You have wonderful far-reaching views of the Tirolean mountain scenery from the sauna. Children aren't forgotten either. There is a beautiful playground with extra large see-saw. The children can have fun on the playground while you enjoy a coffee on the terrace of your guest house. A small mountain hut is available on request for shared use. This cosy hut is a very good excursion destination for sledging, snow shoe hiking and many other activities. The region is also very good for hiking, mountain-bikingand cross countryskiing. The Wildsee lake in Seefeld is also very easy to reach.<br><br>3-room apartment 60 m2 on 2nd floor, nice and cosy furnishings: 1 double bedroom with shower/WC, exit to the terrace, south facing position. 1 room with 1 bed and 1 double bed (140 cm), shower/WC. Kitchen-/living room (4 hotplates, micro wave) with dining table, shower and satellite-TV. Large terrace. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. Very nice panoramic view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: Internet (Wireless LAN [WLAN]). Please note: maximum 2 dogs accepted. Additional beds and rooms available on request.
