Shower, sep. WC. Upper floor (outdoor steps): living/dining room with open fireplace, TV, video and stereo unit. 1 room with 1 double bed (length 190 cm). 1 room with 2 x 2 bunk beds (length 190 cm). Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, micro wave). Shower/WC. Large balcony. Lovely panoramic view. Facilities: washing machine, dryer. Reserved parking (3 cars). Please note: apartment for non-smokers. Broadband W-Lan Internet connection. Please note: the ground floor and upstairs are only connected by an outside staircase. .
