(in winter snow chains necessary). Parking (limited number of spaces) on the road. Shop, restaurant, bar 800 m, ski bus stop 200 m, chair lift 600 m, cable cabin 800 m. Please note: free of charge ski bus. There are more similar properties for rent in this same residence.<br><br>2-room apartment 40 m2, on the ground floor: living/dining room with 1 pull-out bed (2 pers.), TV. Entrance hall with 1 x 2 bunk beds. 1 room with 1 double bed. Kitchenette (4 hotplates, mini-oven, micro wave). Bath-room, sep. WC. Balcony, south facing position. Nice view of the mountains and the valley. The apartment is situated in building A (access to the residence from 1st floor). .
