Private: park 1 ha with lawn, plants, flowers and trees, swimming pool (72 m2 depth 170-180 cm, 01.06.-30.09.), tennis. Shop 1 km, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 4 km. Sandy beach 35 km, tennis 1 km, golf course 3 km, riding stables 2 km. Please note: car essential.

6-room house 230 m2, on the upper ground floor: living/dining room 100 m2, with satellite-TV, video and stereo unit. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds (90 cm). 1 room with 1 double bed (180 cm). Kitchen 20 m2 (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave). Bath/WC, shower/WC. 2 terraces covered. 2 terraces. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (6). Facilities: washing machine, dryer, modem connection. Please note: only 1 dog accepted. One room with double bed is in a separate studio. .
