Living/dining room 40 m2, with open fireplace, cable-TV, video and DVD, exit to the balcony. 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed. 1 room with 1 double sofa bed. Kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave) with dining table. Bath-room, sep. WC. Electric heating. Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. Facilities: washing machine. Please note: telephone for incoming calls only. Only 1 dog accepted. Access to the house via 15 steps.Please note:wifi Internet, tv with Canal+, Breakage deposit: €500. .
