Sandy beach 7 km, pebble beach 12 km, golf course 3 km.<br><br>3-room apartment on the upper floor, comfortable furnishings: living/dining room with open fireplace, satellite-TV, stereo unit and gas heater, exit to the terrace, to the veranda. 1 room with 2 beds and gas heater. 1 room with 1 double bed. Kitchen (oven, micro wave, freezer), exit to the terrace. Bath/bidet/WC. Terrace 11 m2. Terrace 20 m2. Patio. Terrace furniture. Partial view of the sea and the mountains. Facilities: washing machine. Please note: only 1 dog accepted. Spanish, French, English and German TV channels. The terrace 20 m2 is situated at the entrance to the grounds and is a terraced garden.
