Private: grounds 2'000 m2 with trees, terrace (100 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. Motor access to the house (50 m via unmade road). Stepped path to the house. Parking by the house. Restaurant 100 m, railway station 2 km, swimming pool 1 km, sandy beach 15 km. Please note: car essential. Two rooms are situated inside the characteristic trullo (typical stone house and conical roof) linking with the rest of the house.<br><br>4-room house 150 m2, comfortable and nice furnishings: 1 double bedroom. Living/dining room with open fireplace and satellite-TV. 1 room with 2 double sofas beds. 1 room with 2 beds. Open kitchen (oven). Shower/bidet/WC. Heating (extra). Panoramic view of the resort. Facilities: washing machine. Please note: only 1 dog accepted. 2 rooms are in a typical stone trullo which is connected to the rest of the house. .
