Private: grounds 1 ha, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 90-220 cm, 01.01.-31.12.), table tennis, barbecue. Shop 6 km, shopping centre 6 km, restaurant 6 km, sandy beach 10 km. Please note: car essential. Man-made pond below the residence. It is possible to secure the swimming pool with a mobile fence as well as an alarm.<br><br>5-room villa 200 m2: entrance hall. Living/dining room with open fireplace, library, TV, stereo unit and DVD, exit to the terrace, to the swimming pool. 1 room with 2 beds and shower/WC. 1 room with 1 double bed (160 cm), exit to the terrace, to the swimming pool. 1 room with 1 double bed (140 cm), shower/WC, exit to the terrace, to the swimming pool. 1 room with 2 beds, exit to the terrace, to the swimming pool. Open kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave, freezer). Bath-room, sep. WC. Electric heating (extra). Terrace. Garden. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, telephone, modem connection, children's highchair, cot. Reserved parking, fenced (3 cars). Please note: telephone for incoming calls only. Included in the rental: 1 change of linen for a minimum stay of 2 weeks. Heating from 15 October to 15 May. Deposit: 500 euros. .
