    you got back?

    visited?

    Asia (Burma, India, Thailand)
    Afriqua (South Africa, Namibia, Zambia, Botswana quick, Mozambique)
    Australia, New Zeland
    South America (Chile, Bolivia, Argentina)

  9. Why did you decide to take this trip? What
    got you into this type of travel, and/or influenced you to go?

    I ever dream about it, so I did it.

  10. Out of all your experiences traveling around
    the world, what was the:

    • Best Moment

      Freedom to choose to stay a week or a day anywhere

    • Worst Moment

      Get robbed in Mozambique, funny story after all

    • Biggest Hurdle, Obstacle or Difficulty?

      Get a new passport and Visa in South Africa

    • Biggest surprise?

      So many people are on the way for at least a year

  11. Who is the most memorable person you met on
    your trip and why?

    So many great people, probably a child in Namibia, we play with him in the afternoon, and when we left he told us God bless you…he lived with nothing, just a wooden hut.

    do?

    Just Enough

  13. What was your favorite piece of
    gear?

    My camera, I like taking pictures (could be seen www.dvdream.ch/album/photo, but after 1 year I’m feed’up..

  14. What did you bring, that in hindsight you
    could’ve left at home?

    Too many medicament, but is best to not use it.

  15. How did your round-the-world trip change
    your life? How did it affect and change you as a person?

    Better view of other people, understanding of the world, the history of
    each place.

  16. If you had to sum up your round-the-world
    trip in one sentence, what would it be?

    Total freedom

  17. Are you planning more trips and travels for
    the future? Are you planning another round-the-world trip?

    For sure

  18. Why do you think people should go on
    round-the-world trips? Why not just take a regular old one- or two-week
    vacation instead?

    If you like to take time and travel differently, not only see the big
    attraction on each country

  19. What is the most valuable thing you
    learned?

    You don’t need lot of things to be happy, people in Africa are the people
    who laugh the most and have less things.

  20. What is the biggest myth that people have
    about round-the-world traveling?

    That this is something dangerous and not easy, people are everywhere the same, if you have respect for them, they will respect you.

  21. Why do you like to travel?
    See the world, understand the difference and our common point with one another.

  22. What is your advice for people planning
    their own RTW trip?

    Not too much planning, just take your ticket, check the season if you like taking pictures and find your way by yourself, the advise from other is not always good.
