  8. Is this job one that you actually like, or
are you only doing it to pay for the trip?

I’ll come back if they’ll have me.

  9. Have you traveled around the world
    before?

    No

  10. What is the route you plan to take/places
    you plan to visit?

    London – Bangkok – (Vietnam/Cambodia) – Australia – NZ – Chile – (Argentina) – Peru – USA and
finish off in Canada (with my sis).

  11. Why did you decide to take this trip? What
got you into this type of travel, and/or influenced you to go?

A very bad case of the travel bug… love visiting new places and meeting
new people and need see to the world.

  12. Are your family, friends, co-workers, etc.,
supportive of you? What is their opinion of your going around the
    world?

My family are worried but know that it will make no difference. Very
supportive though. Most of my friends are also travelling or are going. My

    done?

    Just Enough

  14. What are you packing? What do you consider

my tent probably…despite the fact I won’t need it till S. America.

  15. How do you think your round-the-world trip
will change your life? How do you think it will affect and change you as
    a person?

thats the exciting thing..i dont know how it will change me thats the draw.
I await the effect vastly different cultures will effect me…books can
    only do so much.

  16. If you had to sum up your thoughts/feelings
about your round-the-world trip in one sentence, what would it
    be?

It’s been a long time coming.

  17. Why do you think people should go on
round-the-world trips? Why not just take a regular old one- or two-week
    vacation instead?

Maybe then they may open their eyes, walk somewhere, read something,
travel away from the swimming pool of an all-inclusive hotel and sample
    someone else’s life.

  18. What is the biggest myth that people have
    about round-the-world traveling?

Everyone will rob you and that you need money to have a good time.

  19. Why do you like to travel?
The butterflies of the initial landing in a new place not knowing where
you are or where to go and then finding that first nice hostel.

  20. What is your advice for people planning
    their own RTW trip?

Shouldn’t really advise as I haven’t done it myself yet, but just to enjoy
    the experience.
