    New Zealand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Thailand, China, Tibet, Nepal, India, Paris

  11. Why did you decide to take this trip? What got you into this type of travel, and/or influenced you to go?
    I have the travel bug.

  12. What is your biggest fear about this trip?
    Running out of money and missing key places.

    Yes.

    Winged it a lot

    Packing light. Indispensable item is an open mind (and addresses of contacts).

  16. How do you think your round-the-world trip will change your life? How do you think it will affect and change you as a person?
    We will have to wait and see.

  17. If you had to sum up your thoughts/feelings about your round-the-world trip in one sentence, what would it be?
    Anticipation

  18. Why do you think people should go on round-the-world trips? Why not just take a regular old one- or two-week vacation instead?
    A vacation is a vacation built into a tourist enclave that permits for a taste of a culture/country… a RTW trip is an experience.

  19. What is the biggest myth that people have about round-the-world traveling?
    That they cannot do it.

  20. Why do you like to travel?
    I like to travel because there is so much to experience and explore in this world; It is a learning experience.

  21. What is your advice for people planning their own RTW trip?
    Pack lightly, be good spirited, but keep your wits about you.
