Change, change, change and constant new challenges.

  18. Why do you think people should go on round-the-world trips? Why not just take a regular old one- or two-week vacation instead?
To gain a different perspective on the world. To recognize that there are people who live very differently than we do, and to appreciate how blessed we are that we are able to travel and have so many options in our lives.

  19. What is the biggest myth that people have about round-the-world traveling?
That it can only be done by the young, and that the gap year is the year between college and career. Any year can be made into a gap year. You just have to be willing to take the risk.

    Music, art, culture and people.

  21. What is your advice for people planning their own RTW trip?
Do you research. Plan as much as you need to in order to feel comfortable.
