Why did you decide to take this trip? What got you into this type of travel, and/or influenced you to go?
This has been a childhood dream so for as long as I can remeber I’ve wanted to travel the world. Plus travelling a bunch when I was younger probably got me hooked.
Are your family, friends, co-workers, etc., supportive of you? What is their opinion of your going around the world?
Everyone around is very suppportive, especially my parents, but there is an expectation to come home and carry on to university.
How do you think your round-the-world trip will change your life? How do you think it will affect and change you as a person?
I have no idea. This is the first time living away from home for an extended period time.
Why do you think people should go on round-the-world trips? Why not just take a regular old one- or two-week vacation instead?
Get a chance to live the culture and experience people.

My digital camera, journal and of course the moneybelt.
