Why did you decide to take this trip? What got you into this type of travel, and/or influenced you to go? I graduated from culinary school and have always wanted to travel the world to experience and learn the cuisines of the world. What is your biggest fear about this trip? Money. Not having enough while I’m traveling and not knowing what I’ll do finnancially when I return home.

If you had to sum up your thoughts/feelings about your round-the-world trip in one sentence, what would it be? I’m so excited and overwhelmed with the opportunity that lies ahead words are hard to find.

What is the biggest myth that people have about round-the-world traveling? Not sure…

Why do you like to travel? I like to learn. Traveling is one of the best ways to learn in life.
