For those on a tight budget, Eugene has some bargain places to eat. Some are specials on certain days, but others are great value everyday.

Cheap, easy and fast, Burrito Boy serves up hearty portions for a south of the border breakfast, lunch or dinner. A variety of vegetarian and vegan options are available.

Pizza Pipeline

Seven days a week, before 4pm, you can get 3 slices of pizza and a large drink for $2.50. They have different toppings to choose from, and you even get to keep the cup!

Pizza Pete’s

NOT pizza, funnily enough. On Tuesdays, it’s all-you-can-eat pasta. Choose from red or white sauce and stuff yourself stupid for $3.25/3.75.

Newman’s Fish Co

Everyday, you can get good Cod and chips for $5, or Halibut and chips for $5.50.

McMenamins North Bank

A favorite around Eugene, Studio One combines hearty breakfast and lunch options with super friendly service. Their indoor and outdoor seating is often packed but the food it worth the wait. Open daily from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Meals range from $7 to $10.

This locally owned and family operated hole-in-the-wall establishment features huge pizzas piled high with organic ingredients. Regular and vegan chef special pies change daily and feature interesting ingredients from peaches and pears to asparagus and a variety of cheeses. The vegan pizza sauce is out of this world and can entice even the most die-hard cheese lovers to ditch their dairy habits for the evening. PRI offers a small selection of microbrews on tap and an even smaller seating area, so be willing to wait or take it to go. Pies range from $18 to $25, and slices are available for a few bucks.
